Last weekend I was hearing a talk by Jimmy Wales, the founder of Wikipedia. He was mostly talking about how the Wikipedia community works. I think I came to understand that a little better now.
From where a sat I couldn't see too much of the slides, because a huge set of speakers was in the way. They were set up there for the party after wards. But that didn't matter too much as the content didn't show up on all of the slides. This seems to be an annoying bug of Openoffice. I hope that this bug will be reported. Unfortunately I didn't think of asking if the slides are available somewhere. Otherwise I would have tried to report it myself.
